The new initiative, Buyer-Seller Interface is offering a discussion platform to allied service providers with developers to address the current market scenario
National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an apex real estate body which works under Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, is hosting the 'NAREDCO Haryana Real Estate Summit 2022' & ‘Buyer-Seller Interface’ on November 29th, 2022, in Gurugram, Haryana.
Haryana is one of the leading states in the country, accounting for roughly 3.5 percent of the Indian GDP. Domestic and international investors might find several opportunities in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
In the 13 districts of the Haryana sub-region of the NCR alone, there is a 28–30% housing shortfall. To stimulate growth, the central and state governments have introduced a variety of initiatives and programmes. However, there are a number of roadblocks that must be addressed in order for the projects to be implemented successfully.
Commenting on the importance of the summit, Mr. Parveen Jain, Chairman, NAREDCO said, "Haryana is a pioneer in urban development. Premier cities like Gurugram, which is among the top 10 cities in the Ease of Living Index, are located in the state (released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs). Haryana is making a lot of effort to provide stakeholders with a conducive environment and to speed up the development of the state's urban and real estate spaces. Haryana has also become attractive for foreign as well as domestic funds focused on real estate and infrastructure. Smaller cities in the states have now become growth centres. The State Government's emphasis on decentralising development and relocating the next phase of growth to Tier II and III cities has made the state even more appealing.”
“Our goal is to maximise the effectiveness of existing policies. The Haryana Real Estate Summit 2022 gives us a platform to examine the state's projects and programs and assess the possible impact of various policies adopted in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Policymakers, industry executives, and experts will join at the summit to identify solutions to existing issues and compliances in light of the evolving regulatory landscape. Their talks and ideas will almost certainly provide the sector with a road map for the anticipated growth." added Mr. Jain
Sharing his ideas on the Summit, Mr. Rajan Bandelkar, President, NAREDCO said, "The Summit will consider the amount of investment that the country will get in a variety of areas, including real estate and infrastructure. These sectors however, deserve special attention because they provide the most basic necessities to society. During the summit, discussions will focus on investment opportunities and approaches to creating a favourable financial climate within these states."
NAREDCO Haryana Real Estate Summit 2022 goal is to discuss solutions for realising the full potential of real estate, infrastructure, government policies, and so on. The summit will introspect Haryana's urban development strengths, initiatives, and opportunities; it will also deliberate on the policy and business environment prevalent in the Haryana Housing and Real Estate Sector; provide a golden opportunity for the discovery of new innovative ideas and latest technologies to access the untouched areas of Investment Promotion Agencies and Haryana Real Estate Market Dynamics; and ensure the seamless operation and better implementation of RERA in the context of Haryana State, with the goal of providing the best services in the interests of end users and other stakeholders without any discomfort or delay.
On this occasion, NAREDCO will also organise Buyer-Seller Interface along with the Haryana Real Estate Summit.
